Comcast appeals FCC's P2P network management order

Comcast, the second-largest broadband provider in the U.S., has filed a court appeal of a U.S. Federal Communications Commission ruling last month saying the company couldn't delay some P2P traffic on its network.

Comcast sets monthly bandwidth limit for customers

Comcast, the largest provider of cable-based broadband service in the U.S., will limit residential customers to 250 gigabytes of bandwidth a month beginning Oct. 1, the company announced late Thursday.
